Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and sort incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment.
- Operate various warehouse equipment (training provided).
- Maintain accurate inventory records through system updates.
- Replenish stock and ensure product availability.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist with shipping and receiving documentation.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially regarding safety.
- Follow logistics workflows to ensure efficient operations.
- Wear all designated PPE correctly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is advantageous.
- Ability to perform manual tasks and handle frequent lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Understanding of warehouse safety standards and the importance of PPE.
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts if needed.
