We are seeking an efficient and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our warehouse team in Kansas City, Missouri. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately assembled and prepared for shipment. As an Order Picker, your main responsibilities will involve navigating the warehouse using pick lists or scanning devices to retrieve specific items from inventory. Accuracy and speed are essential to meet our fulfillment targets. You will be responsible for ensuring that the correct items and quantities are picked for each order. A strong emphasis is placed on workplace safety; all team members are required to follow established safety procedures and wear provided PPE. This position requires the ability to perform tasks involving considerable physical exertion, including frequent lifting of items up to 50 pounds, prolonged standing, walking, and reaching.
