We are seeking energetic and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our team in the vibrant city of San Francisco, California. In this role, you will be instrumental in the efficient operation of our warehouse, handling a variety of tasks critical to our Logistics chain. Your responsibilities will include receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and packing orders with precision, and managing inventory. We are dedicated to providing a secure and efficient work environment, prioritizing the Safety of our employees above all else. The ideal candidate is proactive, possesses a strong work ethic, and can thrive in a fast-paced setting. You should be comfortable with physical tasks and possess good organizational skills. This position offers a great opportunity to be part of a vital operation that ensures our products reach our customers seamlessly. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will directly contribute to our success. We provide all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure your Safety during your shifts. Expect to engage in regular Lifting of goods, requiring physical capability and proper technique. A basic understanding of warehouse functions and Logistics principles will be advantageous as you contribute to our Safety-first culture.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain stock accuracy.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
- Follow all established Safety protocols and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Support the overall Logistics operations by completing assigned tasks efficiently.
- Participate in team efforts to achieve daily and weekly warehouse goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Physical ability to perform tasks including frequent Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Awareness of Safety procedures and commitment to using PPE.
- Basic understanding of warehouse and Logistics processes.
