We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. This is a critical position within our logistics operations, ensuring that our customers receive their products accurately and on time. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, adhering to strict safety protocols and maintaining high standards of productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a team setting. Experience with inventory management systems is a plus, but we are willing to train the right individual. You will be expected to handle various products, from small electronic components to larger household goods, requiring careful handling and accurate order fulfillment. Your contribution is vital to the success of our supply chain and customer satisfaction. We are committed to providing a safe and supportive work environment for all our employees. This includes providing the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure your well-being on the job. Expect to perform tasks that involve significant Lifting, both of boxes and equipment, throughout your shift. A keen understanding of warehouse operations and a commitment to Safety are paramount.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order slips.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Operate handheld scanners to track inventory and update order statuses.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 5S principles.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to Safety and efficient Logistics.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to PPE guidelines.
