Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from inventory locations using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Efficiently pack products into suitable shipping containers, ensuring proper protection.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for outgoing shipment.
- Process returns and assist with restocking inventory as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area according to company standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily order fulfillment targets.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and general warehouse support tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, e-commerce fulfillment, or logistics role is a strong asset.
- Ability to read and interpret order documents and shipping information.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift, with ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
