Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming inventory, verifying accuracy against shipping documents.
- Sort and stock products in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and prepare customer orders with precision using pick lists or scanning devices.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in regular inventory cycle counts.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for prolonged periods, bending, lifting, and carrying.
- Capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety principles and the importance of PPE.
