Join our fast-paced logistics facility in Durham, North Carolina, as an Order Picker. We are seeking reliable and efficient individuals to accurately pick customer orders from warehouse inventory. Your primary responsibility will be to locate and retrieve specific items using order sheets or scanners, ensuring precision and speed. This role is fundamental to our order fulfillment process and requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You will be expected to work independently and as part of a team to meet daily picking targets. We prioritize the health and safety of our employees, so adherence to all safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE, is mandatory. Candidates must be comfortable with physical demands, including frequent Lifting of items up to 45 pounds and navigating the warehouse environment. A good understanding of warehouse layout and safe Lifting techniques is important.
