Join our growing team as a Warehouse Worker in Phoenix, Arizona! This position is essential for the smooth functioning of our warehouse operations and logistics chain. You will be involved in a variety of tasks including receiving and storing goods, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for delivery. We are committed to a safe and efficient workplace, and we expect all team members to prioritize Safety, properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and follow all established protocols, including safe Lifting techniques. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
- Wear required PPE at all times within the warehouse.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Perform tasks involving regular Lifting, up to 45 lbs.
- Support the efficient flow of goods within the Logistics network.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is an advantage.
- Ability to follow directions and work with a team.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Understanding of Safety practices in a warehouse setting.
- Capability to perform consistent Lifting tasks.
- Commitment to wearing and maintaining PPE.
- Basic knowledge of Logistics principles is a plus.
