Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Assist with shipping preparations, including labeling and staging of outgoing packages.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Ensure all tasks are performed in compliance with company policies and safety standards, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Must be comfortable with lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all guidelines.
