We are hiring Warehouse Associates for our facility in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in a variety of tasks essential to our logistics operations. This includes receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. You'll work collaboratively with a team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all warehouse activities. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to workplace safety. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory, organizing storage areas, and ensuring that orders are fulfilled correctly and on time. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued.
Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments, inspect for damage, and stock inventory in designated locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently according to customer requirements.
- Prepare shipments for transportation, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory management.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics process.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Willingness to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
- Must wear required PPE at all times.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
