We are looking for a meticulous Inventory Control Specialist to join our Nashville, Tennessee warehouse. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory. Your duties will include conducting regular cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, performing stock adjustments, and ensuring that inventory records are up-to-date and accurate in our system. You will play a crucial role in minimizing stockouts and overstocks, thereby optimizing our logistics operations. A strong understanding of inventory management principles and warehouse procedures is essential. Safety is a top priority, and you will ensure all activities comply with our Safety policies, including the appropriate use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role may involve some Lifting and moving of inventory items, typically up to 30 pounds. Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and data analysis is highly desirable.
