This role is fundamental to our logistics success, demanding speed, precision, and a strong commitment to safety. You'll be working in a team-oriented environment, contributing directly to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Select products from warehouse shelves accurately based on order tickets.
- Pack selected items carefully and efficiently for shipping.
- Verify order accuracy before packaging and dispatch.
- Prepare packages for shipment, applying labels and necessary documentation.
- Keep the packing area clean and organized.
- Operate handheld scanners and other warehouse technology.
- Follow all established safety procedures, including wearing the required PPE.
- Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in order picking, packing, or warehouse work is beneficial.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift items weighing up to 40 pounds regularly.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse operations.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Dedication to workplace safety.
- Willingness to consistently use required PPE.
