Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated Distribution Center Associates to join our dynamic team in Houston, Texas. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of goods within our distribution center. Your responsibilities will include a range of tasks from receiving and stocking to picking and packing orders. We emphasize a strong commitment to Safety, teamwork, and operational excellence. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
  • Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers (certification may be required).
  • Replenish inventory and organize stock within the distribution center.
  • Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and assist with stock audits.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all Safety regulations.
  • Ensure the correct and consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and optimize logistics flow.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is a strong asset.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of items up to 60 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for the duration of the shift.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Knowledge of warehouse Safety protocols and best practices.
  • Willingness to operate various warehouse machinery.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of logistics principles is beneficial.
