We are looking for dependable Warehouse Workers to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role is fundamental to the smooth operation of our facility, involving a variety of tasks including loading, unloading, stocking, and maintaining the warehouse. The ideal candidate is physically fit, has a strong work ethic, and understands the importance of Safety in a warehouse setting. You will be working with a team to ensure efficiency and accuracy in all warehouse activities. Responsibilities:
- Load and unload trucks and containers efficiently.
- Organize and store inventory in designated areas.
- Pick and prepare orders for shipment.
- Perform general warehouse cleaning and maintenance.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual handling equipment.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Ensure all tasks are performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Use of appropriate PPE is mandatory.
- Follow all instructions regarding Lifting and material handling.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics flow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform manual Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work in a demanding environment.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and Safety procedures.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Familiarity with logistics operations is beneficial.
- Must be committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Willingness to learn and perform various warehouse tasks.
