Are you ready to be a key player in our e-commerce operations? We're looking for a motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This role is at the heart of our customer satisfaction, directly impacting the timely and accurate delivery of orders. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders carefully and efficiently to ensure product protection during transit.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate various warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace and contribute to overall warehouse organization.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory control activities.
- Support shipping and receiving as needed within the logistics flow.
- This position involves significant Lifting, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar environment is advantageous.
- Proficiency in picking and packing processes.
- Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and perform moderate Lifting.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the correct use of PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on order accuracy.
- Understanding of logistics operations is helpful.
