Are you an efficient and meticulous individual seeking a Picker/Packer position in San Antonio, Texas? We are looking for motivated candidates to join our dynamic logistics team. Your main responsibility will be to accurately pick items from our inventory based on order requests and then carefully pack them for shipment to our valued customers. This role is critical to ensuring customer satisfaction and requires a keen eye for detail, speed, and precision. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and strictly adhere to all safety regulations, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Teamwork and a proactive approach are highly valued. We are dedicated to maintaining a safe and productive workplace. Responsibilities include:
- Accurately locating and retrieving items from warehouse shelves according to pick lists.
- Verifying product information and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Packing items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Applying shipping labels and preparing orders for carrier pickup.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of your workstation and assigned areas.
- Achieving established targets for picking and packing speed and accuracy.
- Assisting with inventory cycle counts and stock checks.
- Following all safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
