We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our vibrant team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be instrumental in ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will include picking products from warehouse shelves, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. You will work closely with our inventory management system to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment is paramount, and you will actively contribute to upholding these standards. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations according to order specifications.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure product protection during transit.
- Verify order details for accuracy before packing and shipping.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and hand trucks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse environment.
- Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming inventory.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures to ensure a secure workplace.
- Utilize provided PPE correctly and consistently.
- Support the overall Logistics operations of the fulfillment center.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar role is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic computer proficiency for using scanners and WMS.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
