We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our dynamic team in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient and accurate flow of goods into and out of our warehouse facility. You will be responsible for receiving incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders, and properly storing inventory. Additionally, you will prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and documentation for timely dispatch. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming materials and products.
- Inspect all shipments for damage and discrepancies.
- Accurately record all incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including strict adherence to Safety protocols.
- Utilize the warehouse management system (WMS) for inventory tracking.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Proper use of PPE is mandatory at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Logistics and inventory control principles.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
