You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Experience in a warehouse setting is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals. You will work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals and contribute to the overall success of the warehouse. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming materials and compare packing slips to assure accuracy.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequences such as size, type, or stock number.
- Fill requests by selecting, packing, and loading orders.
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, focusing on safety protocols.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed (training provided).
- Perform cycle counts and inventory checks as required.
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
