In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer orders, from picking items in the warehouse to packing and preparing them for shipment. Your attention to detail and speed are critical to ensuring our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. This position is key to our e-commerce operations and requires a dedicated team member who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order fulfillment sheets.
- Package orders carefully and securely, ensuring product integrity during transit.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against customer orders before packaging.
- Label packages correctly for shipment, ensuring all necessary information is included.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as scanners and packing stations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, contributing to overall warehouse efficiency.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure a secure work environment.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Meet or exceed established productivity and quality standards for order fulfillment.
- Support the logistics team in ensuring timely processing and shipment of all orders, managing tasks involving lifting and moving of goods.
The ideal candidate will have experience in order fulfillment or a similar warehouse role, with a focus on speed and accuracy. The ability to perform tasks involving regular lifting and standing for extended periods is essential.
