We are seeking dedicated Distribution Center Associates to join our team in the vibrant city of San Francisco, California. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our distribution center, a key node in our Logistics network. Your duties will include:
- Receiving, inspecting, and stocking incoming merchandise.
- Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners and other technology.
- Loading and unloading trucks, ensuring proper handling of all goods.
- Organizing warehouse inventory and maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
- Operating various warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, after proper training and certification.
- Participating in regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy.
- Adhering strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Wearing all required PPE , such as safety vests, gloves, and hard hats when necessary.
- Performing general housekeeping duties to maintain a professional facility appearance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of warehouse operations, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to workplace safety. This position requires the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs, and standing or walking for extended periods.
