We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks essential to the efficient operation of our warehouse, contributing directly to our overall logistics success. Your duties will include receiving, processing, and storing incoming stock, picking and filling orders accurately, packing items for shipment, and preparing orders for delivery. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment is crucial, ensuring all safety protocols are followed diligently. You will also assist with inventory counts and help maintain stock accuracy. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. We emphasize a commitment to safety and expect all employees to adhere to our strict safety guidelines, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The ability to perform tasks involving frequent lifting is necessary, as is the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming materials and products.
- Inspect goods for damage or defects and report discrepancies.
- Stock inventory in designated locations.
- Pick items from shelves according to order slips.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Assist with inventory management and stocktaking.
- Follow all safety regulations and use appropriate PPE.
- Meet productivity and quality standards.
- Contribute to team efforts and overall logistics operations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse experience is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong organizational skills. Basic understanding of inventory control. Commitment to workplace safety. Familiarity with safety procedures and PPE usage. Ability to work flexible hours if needed.
