Job Summary:
Are you ready to be a key player in our e-commerce fulfillment operations? We are looking for a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team in Richmond, Virginia. This role is critical to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for picking items from shelves, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing them for dispatch. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a high level of productivity and quality. We foster a Safety-first environment and provide all necessary training and PPE. This position involves significant physical activity, including repetitive Lifting and standing for extended periods, making physical fitness a requirement. Your contribution is vital to the success of our Logistics and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanning devices.
  • Pack orders with care, ensuring product protection during transit.
  • Verify order accuracy before packing and shipment.
  • Operate packing equipment and machinery safely.
  • Label packages correctly for shipping.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse area.
  • Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking incoming merchandise.
  • Contribute to team efforts and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Follow all guidelines regarding the use of PPE.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is a plus.
  • Ability to perform repetitive Lifting up to 30 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Familiarity with scanning devices and order management systems.
  • Understanding of basic Logistics principles.
  • Commitment to workplace Safety.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to wear required PPE.
