We are hiring a versatile Warehouse Associate in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role offers a dynamic range of responsibilities within our warehouse, including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and preparing shipments. You will be a key player in ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of goods through our facility. A strong commitment to workplace Safety and a team-oriented attitude are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counting.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all PPE guidelines.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for all warehouse activities.
- Follow all established company policies and procedures regarding Logistics and operations.
- Contribute to a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Basic computer skills are a plus.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Commitment to maintaining a high standard of workplace Safety .
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
