This position requires physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks involving regular Lifting. Responsibilities:
- Read pick orders or use a scanner to locate and retrieve items from warehouse shelves.
- Verify item numbers and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipment.
- Maintain organized and clean work areas.
- Adhere to all warehouse Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory checks and cycle counts as needed.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Meet or exceed productivity targets for order picking.
- Perform tasks involving moderate to heavy Lifting, up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse role is advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret pick lists and product information.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform regular Lifting.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety and the importance of wearing PPE.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with basic logistics concepts is a plus.
