We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Worker to join our team in Virginia Beach, Virginia. This role is integral to our logistics operations, focusing on the efficient handling of goods within our warehouse. You will be responsible for tasks such as receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders accurately, and preparing shipments for dispatch. A commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace is essential, as is a strict adherence to all Safety regulations. Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory to ensure your well-being and that of your colleagues. This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to perform regular Lifting of products up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Unload and receive incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and organize warehouse materials.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and utilize required PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and management.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment.
- Perform duties involving moderate Lifting throughout the shift.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including regular Lifting.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Basic understanding of logistics and inventory handling is beneficial.
