This position involves regular physical activity, including significant Lifting of products. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using handheld scanners or pick lists.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing.
- Pack orders efficiently and securely, meeting quality standards.
- Label packages with correct shipping information.
- Restock shelves and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all Safety procedures and use required PPE diligently.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed.
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory checks.
- Perform tasks requiring significant Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is beneficial.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Physical capability for frequent Lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Understanding and commitment to warehouse Safety and the correct use of PPE.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems are a plus for our logistics focus.
