Responsibilities:
- Process and pack customer orders for shipment.
- Generate shipping labels and ensure accurate address information.
- Verify order contents against shipping documentation.
- Schedule and coordinate with shipping carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS).
- Maintain accurate shipping records and logs.
- Perform quality checks on packed orders.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and utilize required PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as directed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment preferred.
- Proficiency with shipping software and computer systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
