Join our energetic team as an Order Picker in Austin, Texas! This role is critical to our efficient order fulfillment process, ensuring customers receive their items accurately and on time. You will be responsible for navigating the warehouse using pick lists or scanners to locate and retrieve specific products. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Verify product accuracy and quality before placing items in staging areas.
- Assist with organizing and maintaining inventory within the warehouse.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other equipment as needed to transport goods.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient operations.
- Communicate any stock discrepancies or issues to supervisors immediately.
- Contribute to meeting daily order fulfillment targets and team goals.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts as required.
- Support the broader logistics team with other warehouse functions as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is preferred. Ability to perform frequent Lifting of items weighing up to 40 lbs. Must be able to stand, walk, and move around the warehouse for the duration of the shift. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Understanding of warehouse Safety protocols is essential. Must be reliable and punctual.
