Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory based on order fulfillment requirements.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure correct item and quantity.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Operate scanning equipment and order management systems effectively.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies, including proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock management activities.
- Collaborate with team members to meet productivity targets.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics and fulfillment process.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics roles is advantageous.
- Ability to use handheld scanners and basic computer systems.
- Comfortable with standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
