We are seeking a highly motivated Order Picker to join our cutting-edge logistics center in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking items for customer orders using advanced scanning technology. Your attention to detail will be critical in ensuring that the correct products are selected and prepared for shipment, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. This position demands physical stamina, as it involves significant walking and Lifting throughout the shift. We maintain a strong focus on Safety, and all team members are required to adhere to our stringent Safety protocols and wear the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and other picking equipment.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Package selected items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Transport picked items to the packing or shipping stations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all Safety regulations.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock management activities.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality targets.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including strict adherence to Safety guidelines and PPE usage.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in an order picking or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Proficiency with RF scanning technology and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Ability to perform continuous walking, standing, and frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Must be able to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and the correct use of PPE.
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
