Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments accurately.
- Stock shelves and ensure proper inventory placement.
- Pick and pack orders with precision and efficiency.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively (training provided where applicable).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and handling of goods.
- Utilize appropriate PPE at all times, particularly during lifting and material handling tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding task status and any issues encountered.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and the use of PPE.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
