Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order fulfillment lists.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Pack items securely using appropriate materials, ensuring product integrity.
- Label packages with correct shipping information.
- Conduct quality control checks on packed orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse work is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand order sheets and product labels.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
Safety Requirements:
Your safety is our top priority. You must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety shoes and high-visibility vests. Understanding and implementing safe lifting practices is crucial to prevent injuries. Strict adherence to all safety protocols within our logistics center is mandatory to ensure a secure and accident-free work environment for all team members.
