Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect inbound merchandise for accuracy and damage.
- Stock received inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items based on order specifications using scanners or pick lists.
- Package items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and audits.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar logistics role is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Capability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts and overtime as needed.
Safety Requirements:
We prioritize the safety of our Fulfillment Associates. You will be required to wear specified Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety shoes and vests. Adherence to all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and maintaining a clear work area, is mandatory. Understanding and applying safety guidelines is crucial for everyone's well-being within our logistics operations.
