We have an immediate opening for an Order Picker in our Los Angeles, California warehouse. This role is essential for ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving products from designated locations within the warehouse. Your efficiency and precision are key to the success of our **logistics** operations. You will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment, adhering to all **safety** guidelines and utilizing appropriate **PPE**. This position requires physical dexterity, the ability to work quickly, and comfort with **Lifting** and moving products. Strong attention to detail is crucial to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products according to customer orders, using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Verify item numbers and quantities to ensure accuracy.
- Stage picked items for the packing and shipping departments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Follow all **safety** protocols and wear required **PPE** at all times.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or damages promptly.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, which may include **Lifting**.
- Contribute to efficient **logistics** flow through timely order completion.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse setting is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret order tickets and product labels.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Comfortable with repetitive **Lifting** of items up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse **logistics** and **safety** procedures.
- Must wear **PPE** as required.
