We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our bustling facility in Los Angeles, California. This role involves a variety of essential warehouse functions, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our **logistics** department, contributing to customer satisfaction through accurate and timely order fulfillment. A strong commitment to **safety** and attention to detail are essential. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, organizing stock, and ensuring the warehouse is kept clean and orderly. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to handle frequent **lifting**.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods accurately.
- Pick products from shelves based on order details.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring they are protected during transit.
- Load and unload delivery trucks.
- Maintain inventory records and participate in cycle counts.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Adhere strictly to all **safety** protocols and wear appropriate **PPE**.
- Assist with general warehouse tasks as assigned, which may involve significant **Lifting**.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform moderate to heavy **Lifting** (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Familiarity with **logistics** and warehouse operations is a plus.
- Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to following **safety** guidelines and using **PPE**.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
