We are expanding our operations in Cincinnati, Ohio, and seeking motivated Fulfillment Associates to join our logistics team. This position is critical to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in all aspects of order processing, from picking individual items to packing and preparing them for shipment. A primary focus of this role is maintaining a safe working environment, which includes strict adherence to all safety procedures and the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role requires physical engagement, including regular lifting and moving of products, so a good level of fitness is beneficial. You will work collaboratively within a team setting to achieve daily fulfillment goals in a high-volume logistics operation. Key responsibilities include:
- Accurately picking and assembling customer orders.
- Packing items securely and efficiently for shipping.
- Conducting quality checks on outgoing orders.
- Labeling packages for transit.
- Maintaining an organized and hazard-free work area.
- Following all safety protocols and guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assisting with inventory management and stock rotation.
