Are you a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator looking for an opportunity in Boston, Massachusetts? We are hiring experienced operators to join our advanced logistics facility. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. You will ensure the efficient flow of materials within the warehouse, supporting receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping processes. A strong commitment to safety is non-negotiable; this includes maintaining equipment, adhering to all operational procedures, and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires a keen understanding of warehouse safety protocols and the ability to perform tasks that may involve occasional lifting of items. You will work collaboratively with other team members to optimize warehouse operations and maintain a secure and organized environment. - Operating forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials.
- Loading and unloading trucks and trailers.
- Transporting inventory to and from designated storage areas.
- Assisting with inventory counts and cycle counts.

- Performing routine checks on forklift equipment.
- Adhering to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
