Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Boston, Massachusetts. This role is crucial to our daily operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods through our facility. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including picking, packing, sorting, and staging orders for shipment. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will directly impact our customer satisfaction and overall logistics success. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and other warehouse equipment.
  • Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory management as needed.
  • Operate basic warehouse machinery and equipment as trained.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Familiarity with basic warehouse operations and logistics is beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
  • Must be able to wear appropriate PPE, including safety shoes and vests, as required.
