Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order lists
- Verify item numbers and quantities
- Stage picked items for shipping
- Maintain an organized and clean work area
- Operate order picking equipment safely
- Follow all warehouse safety rules and wear required PPE
- Assist with inventory counts
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow
- Report any discrepancies or issues promptly
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse role is desirable
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Capability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and PPE usage
- Good communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
