We are seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Workers to join our team in Detroit, Michigan. This role is fundamental to our warehouse operations, ensuring that goods are handled, stored, and shipped efficiently. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Organize and store inventory in the correct locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch and assist with loading trucks.
- Perform inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, adhering to safety standards.
- Properly utilize required PPE at all times.
- Must be able to handle lifting requirements, up to 50 lbs, as part of daily duties.
- Contribute to the team's success in meeting logistics targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow directions and work effectively within a team.
- Awareness of warehouse safety procedures and the necessity of PPE.
- Punctual and dependable.
