Join our dynamic team in Nashville, Tennessee, as a Warehouse Associate! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to contribute to the efficient operation of our warehouse. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, from receiving and storing goods to picking, packing, and shipping orders. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents and checking for damages.
- Organize and store inventory in designated areas, maintaining an orderly warehouse.
- Accurately pick products for customer orders using scanners or pick lists.
- Pack items carefully to ensure they arrive safely to customers.
- Assist with loading outbound shipments onto delivery vehicles.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counting.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Properly use all required PPE, including safety vests and gloves.
- Must be able to perform lifting duties, up to 50 lbs, as required.
- Support overall logistics efficiency and team objectives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety and the importance of PPE.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic computer skills for using warehouse management systems are beneficial.
