Become a key player in our Nashville, Tennessee operations as a Fulfillment Associate! We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented individuals to manage various aspects of our warehouse fulfillment process. This role involves picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. You will be integral to our logistics chain, contributing to seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Inspect items for defects and ensure correct quantities.
- Package items securely and appropriately for shipping.
- Prepare shipping documentation and labels.
- Stage finished orders for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock put-away.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards for order fulfillment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors within the logistics department.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in warehouse fulfillment, picking, packing, or general labor is a strong advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret order information accurately.
- High level of attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift.
- Willingness to wear all required PPE.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems or RF scanners is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to safety.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
