We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team in Durham, North Carolina. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking, packing, and shipping customer orders. This is a crucial position within our logistics operations, ensuring our products reach our customers on time and in perfect condition. You will work in a fast-paced environment, adhering to all safety protocols and company guidelines. Your responsibilities will include receiving incoming inventory, stocking shelves, processing outgoing shipments, and maintaining an organized and clean workspace. We value individuals who are reliable, possess strong attention to detail, and are eager to contribute to a positive team atmosphere. Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential. You will be expected to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times to ensure your safety. This role involves significant lifting and physical activity, requiring you to be comfortable standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
