Join our team as an Order Picker in Cincinnati, Ohio, and play a vital role in our logistics operations. You will be responsible for accurately locating and retrieving items from our warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, speed, and accuracy. Using RF scanning technology, you will efficiently navigate the warehouse, ensuring that the correct products are picked and prepared for shipment. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment is a top priority, and strict adherence to Safety guidelines, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. This role involves considerable physical activity, including frequent standing, walking, and moderate Lifting. Responsibilities:
- Accurately identify and pick products from warehouse shelves according to order lists or RF scanner prompts.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Pack items securely and label them for shipment.
- Stage completed orders for quality inspection and shipping.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of your work area and assigned warehouse zones.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other required equipment.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures diligently.
- Wear all designated PPE correctly and consistently.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards.
- Report any stock discrepancies or damages to supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is beneficial.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Must be able to perform moderate Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with RF scanning devices.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to adhering to all Safety regulations and PPE requirements.
