We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic logistics team in Detroit, Michigan. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our warehouse. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving, unpacking, stocking, and fulfilling orders with accuracy and speed. You will also be involved in maintaining a clean and organized work environment, conducting inventory checks, and assisting with shipping and receiving processes. This position requires a strong commitment to safety protocols and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals.
- Contribute to a safe and efficient work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including heavy Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic understanding of inventory management.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Commitment to Safety and adherence to PPE requirements.
