Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS.
  • Implement and enforce inventory control procedures.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with receiving, shipping, and other departments to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Train warehouse staff on inventory management best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and logistics regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in inventory control or a related warehouse role.
  • Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 30 lbs.
  • Must be able to work independently and communicate effectively.
  • Familiarity with logistics operations.
  • Willingness to wear required PPE and follow safety protocols.
