We are hiring enthusiastic Warehouse Workers for our facility in Phoenix, Arizona! In this role, you will be an integral part of our logistics operations, responsible for the efficient movement and storage of goods. Your dedication to accuracy and safety will ensure our warehouse runs smoothly, meeting the demands of our fast-paced industry. This position requires a can-do attitude and the physical stamina to handle various warehouse tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Receiving, identifying, and stocking incoming merchandise accurately.
- Picking and packing orders with precision according to customer specifications.
- Loading and unloading trucks, ensuring safe handling of all materials.
- Operating pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Performing regular inventory counts and maintaining stock organization.
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhering to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assisting in maintaining efficient logistics flow throughout the warehouse.
- Reporting any damages or discrepancies to supervisors promptly.
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
The ideal candidate will be physically fit, capable of significant lifting, and possess a strong attention to detail. Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is beneficial, but we are eager to train motivated individuals. This job involves standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout your shift. We prioritize a safe working environment and provide ongoing training to ensure all team members are equipped to perform their duties safely and effectively. Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Comfortable working in a warehouse setting.
- Understanding and adherence to PPE requirements.
