Join our team as a Fulfillment Associate in Huntsville, Alabama, where you'll be at the heart of our e-commerce operations. This role is essential for ensuring that customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with our warehouse and logistics teams to manage order fulfillment, maintain inventory accuracy, and contribute to the overall success of our distribution center. This is a physically active role in a dynamic environment.
Your duties will include:
- Accurately picking items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Packing orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Labeling packages and preparing them for shipment.
- Receiving incoming inventory and stocking shelves.
- Performing inventory cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
- Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers (training provided).
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhering strictly to all safety protocols and guidelines, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collaborating with team members to achieve daily fulfillment targets.
- Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the fulfillment process.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing.
- Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory systems is beneficial.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to safety, including the proper use of PPE.
- Excellent work ethic and reliability.
