We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Workers to join our dynamic team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our logistics facility, ensuring that goods are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and on time. - Receiving incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders, and properly stocking inventory.
- Picking and packing orders with accuracy and efficiency, preparing them for shipment.
- Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively (training may be provided).
- Conducting regular inventory counts and assisting with stocktaking procedures.
- Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety protocols and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assisting with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Understanding and following instructions for product handling and storage.
- Contributing to a positive and productive work atmosphere.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to perform tasks that involve significant lifting and physical exertion. Experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals. This role requires standing, walking, and bending for extended periods. Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment, which may include varying temperatures.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Awareness and adherence to safety procedures, including the use of required PPE.
